3. Assess Existing Materials: We review any existing training materials you have to determine what can be utilised or adapted to support the eLearning program.


4. Identify Required Materials: If additional materials are needed, we collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify and gather the necessary content.


5. Branding and Identity: We will align the training materials with your corporate identity and brand messaging to maintain a consistent brand image and reinforce organisational values.


6. Storyboard Course Content: We create a storyboard outlining the structure, flow, and content of the eLearning course. This includes determining the course duration, number of modules, and how each module will address the learning outcomes.


7. Deliver completed materials: Once your courses are complete, we'll provide the materials in the required formats for hosting on your preferred Learning Management System (LMS). If you need help selecting an LMS, we are happy to provide some information on the available options.
